• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher levels through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account under which they were earned. 799bd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Submit the request through the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before closure, but active bonuses will be cancelled if their terms have not been met.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by 799bd

799bd may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any material breach of the terms and conditions
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or deception
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Providing a false identity or documents
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from the user's account information falling into the hands of others
